Audio is processed securely and not stored permanently unless you explicitly request session recordings.

To personalize your therapeutic experience, our AI assistant ("Sage") remembers:
- Identity & Facts: Personal details you share (name, family, work, pets, hobbies)
- Session History: Summaries of past therapy sessions
- Therapeutic Insights: Patterns, techniques that help you, and milestones achieved
- Emotional Baseline: Aggregated mood and energy trends across sessions
This personalized memory helps Sage provide continuity across sessions and track your therapeutic progress. You can view this data in the app's Memory screen.
Technical Information
We automatically collect:
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- General location (country/region)
- App performance data

5. SMS Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in within our app or website, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from TheraPreneur. These messages may include:
- Verification codes for account authentication (one-time passwords)
- Account notifications such as security alerts and account updates
- Session reminders for scheduled therapy sessions
- Customer support responses when you contact us
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typically 1–5 messages per month.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data fees may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from TheraPreneur. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Note that opting out of SMS may affect your ability to receive verification codes for login.

SMS Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers, including Twilio, solely to deliver SMS messages to your device. Your phone number is shared with these providers only for the purpose of message delivery and is not used for marketing or sold to third parties.
By opting in to SMS, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and that you agree to receive text messages at that number from TheraPreneur.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Memory & Insights: Your personalized therapeutic memory persists with your subscription
- Audio Recordings: Processed in real-time and not permanently stored
When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. This includes all therapy memories, insights, and session history.
8. Children's Privacy
TheraPreneur is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Third-Party Services
Our app uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase: Authentication and analytics
- OpenAI: AI-powered conversation processing
- Google Cloud: Secure data hosting
- Twilio: SMS message delivery for verification codes and notifications
- Deepgram: Real-time voice transcription
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
